Underneath, you'll find periods and prices. We rent from Saturday until Saturday. You can arrive at 15 pm and we ask you to leave Saturday 10 am.
We have two renting formulas:
- Option 1: you dispose of 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms which allow you to live comfortably with 8 persons maximum (200 sq. m.)
- Option 2: you are six persons maximum and you can use 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (150 sq. m.)

In these prices the cost for electricity and water are included (normal quantities). Wood for burning is free at place.
You are supposed to leave the house clean (clean kitchen, no litter in the dustbins...). You don't have to clean the house yourself, because the final cleaning is included in the price. If you want to have a supplementary cleaning, you could make a appointment with Nicole.

Your reservation will be definitive when the half of the hire price is paid. It must be versed at least 2 months before arrive at place.
After that we ask you to provide a deposit from 500 Euro with the sold of the hiring price. At arrive you will receive a entire inventory were you can report existing damages. If you damage something, you could tell it when you leave or it will be reported by the next one. It will be calculated with the deposit, and you will receive the amount back at least 2 months after the end of your vacation.
We ask you to copy your burning insurance and send it to us, because this one insures your vacation home too. If something happens, everything could be arranged quicker. Now we could only wish you a pleasant stay.
